Fantastic Family Fun!

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were super basic and not high end, but they were perfect for outdoor to indoor hot-tub. The service was very apologetic and accommodating, which made up for some aloof interactions. The location was grand and expansive, yet the small treatment room size was disappointing for the high price charged. The dining experience was not ideal as it was not held in the restaurant, leading to an impersonal atmosphere.
